I dance to forget the pain in my heart, reaching out from my chest, it hurts to stop and think so much, so I dance to forget. Dance to forget the things that I've done, places I've been and people I've seen, those who have hurt me and been so mean, so I dance to forget. Dance to lose myself in the music, heart beat increases, blood rushes, the bass and the sounds run through my veins, this is my world, this is my home, so I dance to forget those who bring me down. I dance to remember the moments in life, those in which I have succeeded. Dance to remember everything so bright, light up the town with my smile tonight, but I continue to dance wh

Invoke my thoughts,
Upon this trail
As we reveal summer's veil
A morning fine and clean
Only pristine would intervene.
Invoke my thoughts,
Daylight, sunspot,
Until the dark of tomorrow's reign
Accompanies us through evening's vein.
Invoke my thoughts,
Set a surprise,
Through the compromise of inner divine
Tell me a story I have never heard
Tell me your story so that I may know -
Know the trail in which you took
Revealing summer's veil,
A morning fine and clean
Only pristine would intervene.
Upon our thoughts for us to linger,
On the past and what we may find,
On the desert,

Waking Up To The Same Dreams
Got these thoughts in my head, racing with doubt, I hold onto life and spit other things out. Woke up today with a feeling of bliss, but only cause of the dreams that I miss. Realized I'm here, not somewhere else, sorrow came down like a pillar of knives, open my heart, see all the bruises and scars, this is why I want to be far. Day by day, I'm walking through trash, bare feet on the ground and I'm stepping on glass. Ignore the pain, it soon goes away, at least soon I'll be dreaming again. Bullets and holes, all over my body, gripping reality and living to die, only to see that there are no dreams, only this world and all that's a part of me

Hello! My name is Deezy, and this is my deviant page! I love to paint and draw, and hope to pick back up where I left off some years ago when I used to do those things much more often, but suddenly stopped. Art is such an amazing way to express oneself and really experience a joy that cannot be experienced any other way! Here is a short poem for your time:
When once I saw that my days were short I now spend them with no remorse For now I know that a day is long when you- Spend it in the comfort of your muse.
There's a lot more to this world than what meets our common eyes, but I haven't yet found out. Maybe some humans already have?
I'm determined to seek out the answers and missing pieces, even if they appear absolutely absurd.
...at least to make life a little more interesting, ne?
